Danson House is the perfect place for your Kent registry ceremony. This magnificent building is one of the most picturesque registry offices for weddings in the whole of the UK. Once you’ve taken those iconic group shots on the stairs at Danson House you can take a short walk across the road to the beautiful gardens for the remainder of your formal portraits.

Natasha & Lee

Natasha & Lee had an intimate wedding at Danson House was even more special as Natasha’s parents could visit the UK from South Africa, despite the travel restrictions imposed over the summer. Even though they had fewer guests due to positive Covid tests (including a bridesmaid), both Natasha and Lee had a marvellous day with their friends and family. We managed to get some beautiful moments of them enjoying their wedding day even when the rain tried to stop us. Following the ceremony, we began taking photographs within the stunning manicured gardens at Danson Park, followed by a wet walk around the grounds to the Boathouse. The reception venue, which overlooked a lake, provided some gorgeous scenery and photo opportunities for later in the day after the rain had stopped.
